Secure Online Delivery of Flowers

Because plants and flowers are nature’s products, the exact resemblance of the picture on our website and the delivered products (flowers) is not guaranteed. Bouquets appearance (plants, flower baskets) under same product ID and name may vary in different cities. Furthermore, specific flower varieties or colors may be unavailable to be delivered on a specified day. Therefore, the exact featured bouquet on our website may be unavailable for delivery.

In such situations, flowers of close similarities with equal or greater value and beauty is delivered. In fact, effort will be made to maintain shape, size, and overall color schemes. Nevertheless, there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.

The type of decorations, colors, and accessories ( strips, mesh, bows, wrapping etc.) may vary depending on local supply. Additional items such as chocolates, champagne, and toys may also vary depending on supply and region. Our primary commitment is to ensure the integrity and quality of the delivered items meet the value of the ordered items.

The date submitted by the customer when placing the order is the delivery date. if for any reason the delivery is postponed, the rescheduled date is not considered the delivery date.

Also, store credits can be redeemed for any purchase on our online store, and they do not expire.

Note: When the delivery is not successful due to

  • a wrong recipient address (incorrect recipient phone number)
  • recipient absence

Our company will keep $40 or 30% of the order total, and you will receive a store credit for the remaining amount. In some cases, such as high costs of transportation, high cost of gifts/flowers, remote location of recipient, the company may keep over 30% of the order total. Therefore, we highly recommend that you provide recipient’s phone to avoid scams and corresponding expenses. In addition, please note that when the order has already been shipped, refund is no longer possible.

If the recipient rejects the order: we will offer a possibility to redirect the package to another recipient for $40.
If order cannot be redirected: there will be no refund because the delivered items are perishable and are built-to-order.

In general, redirecting (rerouting) an order to a different recipient is not permitted. This can only be done as an exception for extra charges because we expend resources and labor on each order.

If there is no need for redirection: the order will be canceled, and the delivery expenses will be retained. Subsequently, the balance will be given as store credit or sent to your account.

If the address is incorrect after we have attempted delivery, we allow five days after the delivery attempt date for phone and address clarification.

Discount coupon Policy

If you did not apply a coupon code when placing your order, we cannot apply it later or provide a credit to your PayPal account or card. Furthermore, two or more discount coupons cannot be used in the same order, i.e only one discount per order.

Our company is not under obligation to issue any coupons (except store credits) per customers’ requests. Therefore, issuance of coupon is at the discretion of the company’s good will.

Flowers and perishable goods quality claims

High quality and presentable appearance of the bouquets is guaranteed during the standard minimum durability period.

Also, claims regarding quality and other perishables can only be accepted within three days after delivery. Because flowers are perishable items, they may shrink, fade, or even die within 3 to 14 days. In fact, the flowers may fade faster when placed near heat sources, in an unfavorable condition or if the water is not changed daily. In addition, if the recipient does not properly care for the plants, we do not take responsibility for the spoilage or reduced quality.
